Full payment must be made at checkout. We accept various online payment methods.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially in case of suspicious activity or pricing errors.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned.

We are not responsible for errors in customization provided by the customer (e.g., wrong spelling, design issues, etc.).
